TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

 

Prior to the work I do now, I spent a decade in the corporate fashion industry in a senior leadership role, responsible for millions in revenue, navigating global partnerships, international travel and high-performance environments.

I understand what it feels like to create external success in a world that gradually pulls you away from your deepest nature. I also understand what becomes possible when you choose to create a life that honours it.

I'm certified in Inner Leadership, Mindset & Behavioural Coaching, Human Design, and have undertaken extensive training in nervous system regulation, alongside a range of somatic and energetic practices and I am currently deepening my studies in Astrology.
